How to Apply Full Dip Fluorescents

Lay down full dip white as base coat, first coat to be very light, known as a dusting coat. Use up all the white and then apply your flouresent colour.
You need a minimum of five coats. That can be one base coat and four fluoresent coats.You can add more coats for greater strength and protection.

Advice before you spray
All Fluorescent Colours Fade
After a period of time outside in the sunlight all fluorescent colours will start to fade.
With Full dip Fluorescents there is an easy fix by cleaning the surface of the fluorescent paint and applying
an extra coat and it will look new again.
This is an easy fix for small projects like car & motorbike wheels. I would not do a whole car or motorbike in fluorescent for this reason.
Having said that, a lot of people spray racing cars & bikes for track days. It looks cool, easy to add more or remove.

Tolerance Test

Full Dip® can be applied to any surface such as metals, plastics, glass, wood, etc.. However it may best to do a small pre-test on an insignificant part of your project before committing to the full project to make sure it is 100% compatible to what you are spraying over with no adverse reaction.
