Gold Pearl Anticaloric Paint 400º C

Xtreme 700º High Temperature Gold pearl anticaloric paint. Available in a great selection of colours from Full Dip Ireland.
Anticaloric Paint withstands temperatures up to 400ºC. High quality paint, due to its great adhesion.

Note: Gold, chameleon and aluminium colours need 2 coats of high temperature black base before application of pearl gold.

Directions : Shake the can for two minutes before use. Apply in thin passes about 15-20 cm away. Apply several coats until the desired colour and strength is obtained.
NOTE:  If there is a previous paint, the surface should be sanded to help with adhesion.
Add 2 coats of our super gloss top coat for that glossy look Super Gloss

Very quick Drying.
High resistance to high temperatures ( 400º C ). Self-leveling finish, very smooth.
Excellent adhesion on most surfaces , test on small area first.
The product crystallizes with heat and gives a High scratch resistance and external strong finish.
Suitable for applications in the automotive sector (exhaust pipes, engine, brake caliper, etc).
In the home sector (stoves, fireplaces, fires, etc).

Instructions for use

1. SURFACE PREPARATION
Before you start spraying you need to have the surface completely clean, dry and free of any substance that may be capable of causing non grip (as waxes, cleaners etc). It is advisable to ensure that the surface is clean as possible without dirt (such as sand , dust, road tar, brake dust etc.) If the surface is not 100% clean, you will get imperfections and faults.
So it is important you clean properly (even those annoying parts and between spokes on wheels). Cleaned perfectly and you will get uniform even finish that lasts years.
Rust, remove by brush or sanding. Mix paint thoroughly by shaking can for one minute. Apply the product approx. 20 cm range. Always parallel to the surface you are spraying.
Always wear a proper PPE mask, goggles and gloves during application.

This Range of paint from Full Dip is not peelable.
NOTE: On Aluminum it has NO adhesion.
