Returns Policy

Full Dip.ie believe you will be delighted with your order, but there may be occasions when you may feel it necessary to return an item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If you are unhappy with goods in any way, you may return your order within 21 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product value. All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused and unopened condition to the address given below. Please note: for returned goods that have been used or opened, we will be unable to provide a refund. If products are returned in a damaged state, we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund, an amount to cover replacement of the container, the cost of labour incurred in transferring product into new containers, and the cost of any material loss in the transfer process.

Custom / Bespoke / Tinted 4 Litre Paint Tins Returns policy

We shall not accept return of Any custom , bespoke or tinted 4 Litre paint colour mixes unless the product is faulty. All our paints in 4 litre size are made in house for each new order and can not be returned.

Please contact us via email via the ‘Contact Us’ page. Once you have had a response from our customer service representative and a return has been agreed, please return your purchase by post, pack your product carefully, in the original box with the original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that items arrive back in perfect condition with original packaging and include a written explanation of the reason for your return on the reverse of your invoice. Remember to include this with the item(s) you are returning. Your input is important to us when we review our services and products for the future.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the postal service you use covers the value of your order. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error and this has been agreed by our customer service department, then any postage will be reimbursed.

It can take up to 5 working days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier / postal service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Any Refunds can take up to 2/5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return.

Application of paint products:

All materials supplied by Full dip that are applied to customers projects are solely at the customers risk. We are in no way liable for any problems that occur. Full dip is not liable for any damage, compensation or expenses accrued due to the application of product supplied. It is therefore suggested you apply first to an insignificant part of your project, leave for 1 week before removing to ensure it is safe on the project you are doing and you are happy with the end result.

Warranty
The provisions hereof cannot deprive the customer of their right to legal warranty requiring THE MERCHANT to protect the customer against latent defects of goods sold.

The customer is expressly informed that THE MERCHANT is not the manufacturer of the goods presented in THE MERCHANT SITE and that THE MERCHANT shall not be held liable for defective goods.

In the case of damage to a person or property resulting from a product defect, only the product manufacturer shall be held liable and sought after by the customer, by means of the information provided on the packaging of said product.

All products sold on THE MERCHANT SITE are under a one (1) year warranty. All products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or any other party not chosen by THE MERCHANT are not covered by this warranty.

Any product applied to your car /project is 100% at your own risk. We do not condone or guarantee it will coat everything 100%. There are risks. Problems arise on cars from previous repairs. This will cause reactions and peel the paint. This is almost always down to bad previous repairs (or ‘cheap’ resprays, wax or silicone reactions from poor prep cleaning. We cannot predict every outcome due to so may variables. Condition of project, prep, environment applied, ability of the person applying. We accept no responsibility for any costs incurred. These, you will have to bear yourself.
